In celebration of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, METRO service schedules will be adjusted. Schedules may be further impacted by weather conditions and holiday events. On this page, you'll find:

All subscription trips will be canceled.

To schedule trips for Thursday, Dec. 25 and Friday, Dec. 26, you can:

  • Book multi-day trips between 5 a.m.-5 p.m. using the METRO On Demand website or app.
  • Call our automated reservation line, which accepts voice commands and keypad entries, at 713-739-4690 between 5 a.m.-5 p.m., one day prior to travel.
  • Call a live agent at 713-225-7616 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24.
